From a lead perspective, the core complexity was aligning lighting, scale, perspective, materials, and color grading so that AI-generated backgrounds and handcrafted 3D characters shared the same visual logic. This required tight control over look development, compositing decisions, and final polish to avoid the typical disconnect between AI and traditional 3D assets.
